Hi and welcome to my personal website about me. My name is Kai and I am so blessed to have parents that I do. Not only do they support me in my dreams but also teach me so much about life!

Dean & Kristi are my wonderful parents . I am Half Korean & Half German/Irish. I was born and raised in Hawaii until the age of 7, then we moved to the Daytona Beach area in Florida to follow my passion of racing and to be able to learn more and do more than I was able to do in Hawaii.

Being raised in a Christian family, I understand the meaning and purpose of serving. I love to help others and serve people in need by not only donating my own money but also my time.

I’m very lucky because both my parents have been trained by some of the greatest entrepreneurs, investors, and teachers like Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Robert Kiyosaki, Les Brown, Marshal Sylver, and Greg Reid, just to name a few. And now teaching me these valuable lessons to help create a good & positive future for me.

From the knowledge I have learned from not just my parents but also my own mentors as well, I have one of the most positive attitudes of any 9 year old kid. I am super friendly, outgoing, and caring allowing me adapt easily and make friends anywhere I go, and people like being around me because of this. One of my biggest strengths is I love to learn, I’m coachable & willing to take action to improve.

What Kai Enjoys & Wants For The Future

I enjoy things that are adventurous and exciting like racing, flying, roller coasters, cars, shooting, boats, scuba, and golf. I am very passionate about being an inspiration to others, being humble, living with integrity, being patient & kind, helping others, serving, taking care of animals, being a team player and giving to help homeless.

I am currently involved & learning about creating and running a new business.

Personal Development

Because of my parents involvement with personal development, I love to learn and improve daily.

Investing

I'm learning while actively investing in Real Estate, Stocks, Gold & Silver with my dad & mom. Recently I have been investing in Pokémon & other trading cards and have done really well with these and looking to teach others about this.

Mastering a Musical Instrument

I'm currently learning how to play the violin.

My dad also gave me one word that’s the most important word I know. It is what help him succeed in life and that word is “DEAN”, my dad’s name!!!
